Public Relations Manager

Lea knows the power of a well-told story. With 14 years of experience in public relations and crisis communications, she helps brands and organizations connect with their audiences, build trust and navigate tough situations with confidence. She’s worked across nonprofit, corporates and agency settings, leading teams and shaping strategies that make an impact. Whether it’s media training, crisis response or brand storytelling, she brings a thoughtful, practical approach to every project.

Lea is a member of Leadership Greater Little Rock, Class XL, and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She also serves on the communications committee for SoMa501 and has volunteered with Arkansas Community Foundation and Home for Healing.

Born in Virginia and raised in Arkansas, Lea earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Central Arkansas. She is accredited in public relations (APR) and holds a crisis communications management certification. Outside of work, she’s always seeking new experiences — exploring a new place, meeting new people or finding the next great story to tell.
