Madeline Roberts, APR, Joins The Peacock Group

Named public relations manager

The Peacock Group is proud to announce the hiring of Madeline Roberts, APR, as public relations manager for its growing strategic communications team. Roberts is a public relations professional with a background in media relations, crisis communications and executive communication, spanning various industries, from county government to higher education.

In her role, Madeline will oversee the implementation of strategic public relations campaigns, create and implement strategic PR planning, and develop programming and activities for TPG’s clients. She will also use her expertise in crisis response to provide counsel on crisis communications and issues management.

Madeline was previously the director of communications for Pulaski County Government, where she served as the county’s spokesperson. Prior to her role with the county, Madeline worked at Lyon College as the executive director of strategic marketing and communication, where she led the college's communication strategy, including its COVID-19 pandemic response. Madeline currently serves as vice president of the Arkansas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She is also a member of the Family Promise of Pulaski County board and is an advisor on Camp Aldersgate’s PR committee.

A Little Rock native, she holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a journalism concentration from Lyon College and a master’s degree in applied communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2021. Madeline and her husband, James, have two fur children, Catherine the cat and Prospero the pug.
